We are here to nourish you, in connection, in practice, and in the quiet moments in between.
Stay in the loopIntegration is supported through time, intention, and community. Workshops in nature, music, journaling, and honest conversation, starting June 2026 in Calgary and online.
I've been drawn to the spiritual life since I was seven years old, when I wandered down to the church at the end of my street, alone, and sat in a pew near the front, next to the organ player. That curiosity never left. It's taken me through a Christian faith, a deconstruction of that faith, 12 step work, meditation teacher training, and eventually Hakomi somatic training — each one a layer deeper into the same question: what does it actually take to build a life full of intention and meaning? To grapple with the hard stuff and not flinch. To hold every experience — the pain and the joy, the ordinary and the devastating — in the palm of your hand, with awe and wonder.
Awed Weaver grew out of a simple observation: most people doing inner work are doing it alone. They have a therapist, maybe a book, maybe a meditation app. But they don't have a community. They don't have a place to practice what they are learning, with others who get it.
That is what this is. Workshops in nature. Music. Journaling. Gathering around a table. Simple practices, honest company, and the occasional moment of genuine awe.
Based in Calgary. Starting June 2026.
Alongside the Awed Weaver community, Kyla offers one on one somatic support sessions for people who want to go deeper between therapy sessions. Therapy adjacent, body aware, and grounded in Hakomi practice.
Workshops launching June 2026 in Calgary, Bragg Creek, and online.
